Orders That Reach the Ledger Without Being Retyped.

A sale is not finished when the order arrives. It has to become an invoice, a stock movement, a payment and sometimes a dispatch record, and each of those lives in a different system. We connect those systems so the transaction is entered once.

Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business systems are examples of integrations we can assess for your business. We do not claim certification or partnership with any of them, and every connection is tested against your own accounts before it is switched on.

Integration with any accounting, ERP, CRM or warehouse system depends on the interfaces that system provides, your subscription level, the permissions your account allows and your accountant's preference for how records are posted.

01 · Capability

What moves between the systems

The list below is the usual scope. What we connect for you is agreed in discovery, because posting rules differ from business to business and depend on how your accountant wants the records kept.

  • Customers and account records
  • Sales orders and purchase orders
  • Invoices and credit notes
  • Product and stock records
  • Tax mappings and payment status
  • Dispatch and fulfilment updates

02 · Capability

The systems we connect to

Most of the work sits between your sales channel and your accounting or ERP platform, with CRM, warehouse and fulfilment systems joined in where they hold part of the record.

  • Accounting platforms such as Xero, and other packages with supported interfaces
  • ERP and business platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 where your implementation and licences allow access
  • CRM systems that hold customers, quotes and account terms
  • Warehouse, inventory and fulfilment systems
  • Point of sale and in-store systems, where stock is shared with online channels
  • Internal or legacy systems that expose an API, a database view or a scheduled file

03 · Capability

Controls that keep the records clean

Duplicate invoices and mismatched payments are the usual reason integration projects lose trust. The controls below exist to prevent them rather than clean up afterwards.

  • Every record carries an identifier from the system it came from, so a retry cannot create a second copy
  • Validation runs before posting, and anything that fails is held for review rather than posted with a guess
  • Synchronisation rules are written down and agreed before go live, including what happens when a source record changes or is reversed
  • Payment status and settlement are matched to the orders and fees they relate to
  • Tax codes are mapped to the treatment your accountant has agreed, not to a default
  • An audit trail records which rule matched each automated action

04 · Capability

Where the automation stops

Some decisions belong to a person, and the integration is built so they stay with a person.

  • Anything that cannot be matched confidently is placed in a review queue
  • Filing, when it happens at all, is performed in software you already use or through an authorised provider, and only with your explicit authorisation
  • Where a workflow cannot be supported properly, we say so rather than working around it

How it works

Discover, connect, configure, test, then launch

Business system connections follow the same five steps, with your accountant or finance team involved from the configuration stage.

  1. Discover

We document the systems involved, how records are posted today, who approves them and where duplication currently happens.

  2. Connect

Accounting, ERP and CRM access is set up through supported authentication with least-privilege permissions, and the credentials remain under your control.

  3. Configure

Chart of accounts mapping, tax codes, payment terms, stock accounts and posting rules are configured with your finance team and reviewed before use.

  4. Test

A batch of real orders is posted end to end in a controlled way, covering refunds, credit notes and partial payments, so the entries can be checked line by line.

  5. Launch and support

Posting runs live with reconciliation reports, exception queues and alerts, and we review the first month of entries with you before settling into support.

ERP & Accounting Integration questions

We do not claim certification or partnership with any platform. Where a platform operates an app review or partner process, we complete it as part of the project if it is required for what you need.

Tell us what to connect

Share the platforms, suppliers, marketplaces and systems you use, and the workflow that costs the most time today. We will come back with what each one allows and what an integration would involve.

  • A written assessment before any build starts
  • Access through supported authentication, never a password
  • Your data, mappings and documentation stay yours
