Extensions for the Platforms You Already Run.
When an off-the-shelf plugin does not fit, we build the extension, connector or service that does. That might be a plugin inside your store platform, a small application that talks to a supplier portal, or a service that sits between two systems that were never designed to meet.
The approach depends on the access each system provides. Tell us what you use and what you want connected, and we can assess the platform and design an integration around your requirements.
We do not promise compatibility with every platform. Where a system offers no supported way in, or where its terms do not allow the access, we will say so during the assessment.
Platform names are examples of systems we can assess. Any marketplace listings, app directories or vendor review processes are subject to the rules of the platform concerned.

What a custom integration can look like
Not every problem needs a large application. The right shape depends on where the data lives and who needs to see it.
- A plugin inside your store platform, appearing where your team already works
- A small standalone application for staff who need one focused task
- A connector service that runs on a schedule between two systems
- An API layer that gives older software a supported interface to talk through
- A dashboard or review screen for the records that need a person
- An internal portal for purchasing, approvals or supplier ordering
02 · Capability
Working within platform rules
Store platforms and marketplaces have their own expectations about how extensions behave, and those expectations shape the build.
- Where a platform requires app review or vendor approval, we plan for it rather than around it
- Rate limits, webhook restrictions and API versioning are handled in the design
- Data handling follows each platform's terms, including what may be stored and for how long
- Extensions are built to fail safely, so a platform change produces a visible error rather than silent data loss
- Where a supported approach does not exist, we tell you before any build starts
03 · Capability
Older and internal systems
Some of the most valuable integrations involve software that will never have a modern API. That does not rule it out, but it does change the approach.
- Database views, scheduled exports and file-based exchange where no API exists
- A thin interface layer that other systems can call safely
- Validation and reconciliation to catch the errors that manual transfers introduce
- Documentation of the workaround, so the next person to look at it understands why it exists
- A realistic view of what can be automated and what will always need a person
04 · Capability
Maintenance and ownership
Integrations age, because the systems on both sides of them change. The handover is part of the work, not an extra.
- Code and mappings written so another developer can follow them
- Runbooks covering what to check when a synchronisation fails
- Monitoring and error notifications configured before go live
- A support arrangement, or a clean handover to your own team, whichever you prefer
- Documented platform dependencies, so upgrading one system does not become a surprise
Platforms
Platforms and systems we work with
These are the platforms and system types we assess most often. Each one is confirmed against your account and version before work is quoted.
WooCommerce
Custom plugins, hooks and scheduled jobs alongside your existing site.
Shopify
Custom apps and integrations for catalogue, orders and fulfilment data.
Magento and Adobe Commerce
Modules and connectors for supported versions.
BigCommerce
Extensions and integrations through its API surface.
Custom-built websites and applications
New connectors or changes to what you already run.
Supplier portals
Where ordering or catalogue access can be automated with the supplier's agreement.
Internal business systems
Line of business tools, spreadsheets in action and the systems staff rely on.
Legacy systems
Older software that provides suitable integration access, or that can be wrapped with a supported interface.

What this depends on
Compatibility depends on the APIs, data feeds, permissions and account access each platform provides. Some platforms require an app review or vendor approval, and that process is included in the project plan where it applies.
How it works
Discover, connect, configure, test, then launch
Custom work follows the same five steps. Discovery is where the platform is assessed and some ideas are ruled out, which is a good outcome rather than a delay.
Discover
We assess the platform, its version, the available interfaces and your account permissions, then set out what can be built and what cannot.
Connect
Development, staging and production access is set up through supported authentication, kept separate so testing never touches live data.
Configure
Data mapping, user roles, approval steps and behaviour rules are configured with the people who will use the extension every day.
Test
The extension is tested against real records in a staging environment, including failure cases and the platform updates that could break it.
Launch and support
Release is staged, with monitoring, error alerts and a support window, followed by handover documentation and training for your team.
Custom Platform Integrations questions
Often, yes. We assess the platform first: whether it offers a supported way in, whether its terms allow the access, and whether your account permissions are sufficient. If the answer is no, we will tell you at that point.
We build extensions for your own use. Publishing to a public app directory involves the platform's review process, ongoing compliance obligations and support commitments, and we will discuss whether that is the right path for you before committing.
That is a normal part of supporting an extension. We monitor for failures, keep notes on platform dependencies and version changes, and either maintain the integration ourselves or hand it over with the documentation to do so.
You do. The source, mappings and documentation are yours, whether you continue with us or take it in-house.

Tell us what to connect
Share the platforms, suppliers, marketplaces and systems you use, and the workflow that costs the most time today. We will come back with what each one allows and what an integration would involve.
- A written assessment before any build starts
- Access through supported authentication, never a password
- Your data, mappings and documentation stay yours
