Connect Your Platforms. Simplify Your Business.
Bring your online store, suppliers, marketplaces, and business systems together with custom integrations built around the way you work. From B2B purchasing portals to B2C online stores, we help automate product information, stock, pricing, and order workflows.
Every integration starts with an assessment of what your systems actually expose: APIs, data feeds, permissions and account access. You get a written view of what can be connected, what has to be handled in batches, and what cannot be connected at all, before any development begins.
Platforms, suppliers and marketplaces are named as examples of integration targets we can assess. We do not claim certification, partnership or endorsement by any of them, and a connection is only described as working once it has been tested with your own accounts.
Why custom integrations
The manual work between systems is the part we remove
Most businesses already own the systems they need. What they do not have is the connection between them, so staff end up retyping products, orders and stock figures from one place into another.
Less retyping
Product information, stock, pricing and orders move between systems once, instead of being entered again in every platform you sell through.
One product record
Your own SKU stays the reference point, with supplier identifiers kept alongside it for reordering and matching.
Stock that matches reality
Inventory positions are synchronised so a product cannot sell twice on two channels, and out of stock items are held back.
Rules you set
Margins, markups, channel pricing, GST treatment and what is allowed to publish automatically are configured with you, not assumed.
A record of what happened
Synchronisation logs, error notifications and a review queue mean anything that cannot be matched is checked by a person rather than guessed at.
Room to grow
Connectors are built so another supplier, marketplace or sales channel can be added later without rebuilding what already works.
Integrations

How it works
Discover, connect, configure, test, launch and support
The same five steps apply to every integration. Timelines and cost are agreed after the discovery step, once we know what each system allows.
Discover
We review the systems you use, the data behind them, and the manual work you want removed. You receive a written assessment of what can be connected and what cannot.
Connect
Accounts and access are set up through supported authentication, with only the permissions the integration needs. We never ask for a password.
Configure
Mapping and rules are configured with you: products and categories, pricing and margins, GST treatment, approvals and which records may publish automatically.
Test
A controlled batch runs end to end so you can see the result before anything goes live, including what happens when a record fails validation.
Launch and support
Automation is switched on at the pace you choose, with logs, error notifications and a review queue for anything that needs a person. We adjust the rules as your range and suppliers change.

Integrations questions
No. Integrations connect the platforms, suppliers and business systems you already use. Where something genuinely needs replacing, we will say so during discovery and explain why.
Then we tell you rather than building something fragile around it. Some systems only provide scheduled files or database access, which means updates arrive in batches. That can still work, and we will be clear about the trade-offs.
Often yes. The deciding factors are whether the system offers a supported way in, what permissions your account allows, and whether the vendor permits the access. We assess that before quoting.
After discovery, once we know how many systems are involved and how much data mapping is required. There is no charge for the initial conversation.
You do. The code, mappings and documentation are yours, and we hand over runbooks so your team or another provider can maintain it.
Enquiry
Tell us what to connect
Tell us which platforms, suppliers, marketplaces and business systems you use, and which workflow costs the most time. We will assess each connection and come back with what is possible.
- A written assessment of what each system allows
- Access through supported authentication, never a password
- Your code, mappings and documentation stay yours

One assessment, then a plan you own
Tell us what you use and what you want connected. We will set out what can be automated, what has to stay manual, and what it would take to build.
