Where we work
Machine Learning by city and region.
Each page is written for that local economy - the industries, the records and the decisions that actually come up. Work is delivered remotely, with on-site sessions by arrangement.

Evidence attached
Every finding links back to the record it came from. If the data cannot support a model, we say so.
A person decides
AI can draft, rank and explain. It does not approve a payment, change an account or make the call.
Confidentiality first
Scope, access and retention are agreed before records move. Access is restricted to the people doing the work.
Measured, then stopped or scaled
If the pilot does not beat the current process, we report that rather than dressing it up.
Questions
Machine Learning in New Zealand: straight answers.
Ask us directly if your question is not covered. We will tell you what is realistic before you commit to anything.
It depends on the decision. Many first models need 12 months or more of consistent history; some need several seasons. We assess what you have before proposing anything.
We do not promise accuracy up front. We build a baseline, test honestly, and only recommend deployment if the model beats what you do today.
Yes. We prefer interpretable models where they perform, and add explanation layers where they do not. You should be able to see why a prediction was made.
You do. We can hand over code, documentation and monitoring guidance, or continue to run and maintain it under an agreed arrangement.
New Zealand wide
One conversation. A realistic next step.
Bring the task, forecast or risk that costs you most when it is wrong. We will tell you what your records can support.
